Welcome to the program and congratulations on taking the first step towards creating a more organized home!  We ask that you take a moment to review our policies and important information below to help get you started on this journey.

Coaching Sessions

Your membership includes 4 coaching sessions at a duration of 45 minutes each, per month of your program.  Each set of 4 monthly sessions can be scheduled out however you’d like within each month of your program and don’t have to be used weekly.  For example, if you know you have a busy week coming up or will be out of town, you have the option to skip that week and then do 2 sessions another week.  All 4 sessions must be used within each month of your program, as they don’t role over to the next month, so be sure to plan accordingly.  This is designed to allow you flexibility with your scheduling, while still helping you prevent procrastination and stay on track with your organizing.

Scheduling, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

Scheduling of coaching sessions is done through our online calendar system that is located on the ‘Schedule a Session’ page.  You can schedule as many sessions out in advance as you’d like, but please give us 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule.  Requests to reschedule with less than a 48 hour notice or a No-show to a session will result in forfeiting that session, without the option to reschedule (with the exception of an emergency).  You can start scheduling your sessions immediately after sign up.


All coaching sessions will be held virtually on Zoom, as it allows for one on one video calls which can be done on your phone or computer.  When you schedule your coaching sessions, you will receive confirmation emails with a link to the Zoom meeting for each specific date and time.  If using your phone, you will need to download the Zoom app, then just click on the green “Join Zoom Meeting” button found in the email confirmation. 

Monthly Progress Review

The 4th session of each month of your program will include a monthly progress review and strategy guide.  We’ll assess the progress you’ve made, discuss challenges, and devise a personalized plan for the following month.  Developing and following a plan will help to ensure you reach your organization goals.

Email Support

Your membership includes unlimited email support throughout the length of your program, so feel free to email Morgan with any questions you have along the way.  If you’re feeling stuck and you don’t have a session scheduled for another couple of days, just shoot Morgan an email and ask for advice.  She makes every effort to keep her response rate under 12 hours so that you can get your questions answered as quickly as possible.


If you signed up for the monthly payment option, a recurring payment will be charged once a month, every month until the contract period ends (3, 6 or 12 months).  If you paid the one time payment price at signup, nothing else is due for your program.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We value your trust and want you to know that everything you share with us is kept 100% confidential.  We understand that organizing is very personal, and we respect your privacy. If you would like to allow us to post your before and after photos, we will have you sign a consent form before doing so.

Each of our programs offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.  We are committed to helping you succeed, but if you feel the program has not benefited you, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee and will refund the amount you paid.  This guarantee is contingent on you giving the program a chance and completing the 1st month’s 4 coaching sessions in order to determine that it has not been beneficial to you.
